Two more townhouse demolition projects are now underway the city’s “early design awareness” phase – which means that they must inform the neighborhood that they are planned. Both are on blocks with other redevelopment projects:
6021 42ND SW: This offer [map] is for three townhouse units facing SW 42 and two behind them, replacing a 102 year old house.

Online documents indicate that one off-street parking space per unit is planned and that the project will be completed Simplified design review (explained here), which means there won’t be any public meetings, but there will be a comment period. Contact information is in this article on the city’s website. (Added: Thanks to the commentator who points out that this house was damaged by fire six months ago.)
2612 45TH SW: But the publication of the city’s website has two different descriptions on the scope of the project, we have checked other documents online and they show 7 townhouse units with 6 off-street parking spaces, replacing a 108 year old house:
