Greenville ENC Alliance Wins Award for Website Design
GREENVILLE, NC – The Greenville Eastern North Carolina Alliance (ENC) has been selected as the Gold Medalist for Web Design in the Cities and Municipalities category at the 19th Horizon Interactive Awards.
As the premier international interactive media awards competition, the Horizon Interactive Awards recognize the “best of the best” in interactive media production around the world.
“In today’s world of economic development, having a strong website and digital presence is crucial and we are honored that our website has been recognized internationally,” said Steve Weathers, President and CEO of Greenville – ENC Alliance .
The Horizon Interactive Awards 2020 competition welcomed more than 600 entries from around the world, including 34 states and 15 countries. An international panel of judges, made up of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, evaluated over 50 categories covering multiple media types including: websites, mobile apps, print media, interactive displays, public exhibits, online advertising , video, email and more.
“The 19th annual competition took place at a time when the world was on hiatus from the pandemic. Despite the upheavals and the global challenge, digital media has not failed to adapt and display incredible work during this serious time in our collective human history. This year’s competition winners underscore this creative adaptability coupled with a solid foundation in design, execution and strategic direction, ”said Mike Sauce, founder of the Horizon Interactive Awards.
“The winners of the 19th annual competition truly represent excellence in interactive media production and they should all be extremely proud of the work they produce.”
The 2020 winning entries feature the industry’s best interactive multimedia solutions from some of the best designers, producers and developers around the world.
